Our
second semi-detached bungalow is three minutes from the first and sleeps 4/6
adults (two on sofa/bed) and has views of Mumbles Hill nature reserve. It has
a lounge/diner with colour TV and video, four seater sofa/bed and two armchairs.
The dining area has a dining table with six chairs. The bungalow also has one
double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower/bath. The fully fitted
kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge,freezer, washing
machine, toaster and kettle. Heating is by night storage heaters. Parking for
one car is adjacent to the bungalow. Rates are from £160 to £340
pw dependent on time of year. Prices are inclusive of heating until 17th May
and from w/c 6th September.
Electricity is by £1 slot meter.
Sky TV may be available by request.
