Our two-bedroom detached bungalow has full gas central heating. It can sleep up to four adults and two children and has views of the Mumbles lighthouse and Bracelet Bay. Accommodation consists of one double and one twin bedroom, dining room, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The double bedroom contains wardrobe, chest and bedside table, bedside lamp and radio clock alarm. The twin bedroom has wardrobe and three-drawer chest with bedside lamp. The separate dining room contains a bed settee (suitable for sleeping one to two children) and dining table. The lounge contains a two-seater sofa, two chairs, colour TV and video. The bathroom provides a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The bungalow also benefits from a modern fully fitted separate kitchen complete with electric oven/grill, toaster, kettle, microwave washing machine and fridge/freezer. A small garden to the rear has a raised split-level patio area with views over Tutt Hill and the Bay. There is parking for two cars adjacent to the bungalow. Rates are from £190 to £385 pw dependent on time of year. Prices are inclusive of heating until 17th May and from 6th September. £1 electricity slot meter.
Electricity is by £1 slot meter in both bungalows.
